We have one purpose, and that is to bring glory to God through the lives that we live. Our Saviour is the Saviour of the whole world, and He has commissioned us to preach the Gospel to every creature. Somewhere there must be a place that teaches that this is the responsibility of every church, and of every Christian. Years ago the members of the Student Volunteer Movement made the declaration, “It is my purpose, God permitting, to become a foreign missionary.” Their motto was “the evangelization of the world in this generation.” Their generation failed. May this generation be the one to make it happen.
Hyles-Anderson College has a history of training the missionaries who are doing the job today in foreign fields. Today, through teams as well as individual missionaries, our graduates are planting pattern churches in places strategic to getting the Gospel unto the uttermost.
