Sunday morning service at Bible Baptist Church in Uniontown, PA

We had a great time with the people of Bible Baptist Church in Uniontown, PA. The Joyful Melodies enjoyed a picnic at Pastor Dale Redick’s home on Saturday night. We were also able to spend time with Hyles-Anderson students Niki Redick and Dawn Alwardt.

The Joyful Melodies were able to spend the day at the King James Bible Summit before Youth Conference. We sang for the delegates and were able to greet many pastors and guest from around the country. The girls were also privileged to meet Dr. Bob Gray Sr. from Longview, TX.

Bro. Tefft takes time for a quick picture with the teens from Cedar Crest Baptist Church

The Joyful Melodies were able to visit the Cedar Crest Baptist Church in Mount Union, PA. Bro. Tefft held a teaching session for the teens in the morning. The tour group and the teens then went on a 1,000 step hike in the mountains. We were able to sing at their Spiritual Warfare Conference with Pastor Marvin Smith from Iowa. This was a special visit for tour member Michelle Patterson, as this is her home church.

The Joyful Melodies tour trainer, Miss Adri Ludwick, surprised the tour group on July 9th. We had a great service at her father’s church in Clarksburg, WV. We were able to go out to eat for breakfast the next morning with the Ludwick family.

The Joyful Melodies took a trip to Washington DC on July 6th. We were able to stop and visit the Washington Monument on our way through.

We had a little visitor on the tour shuttle on July 5th. Bro. and Mrs. Jon and Jamie McConkey came to visit the Tefft’s at the hotel before our morning service with Pastor Giovanelli. Their adorable daughter Jaylynn came on the shuttle and visited the girls before leaving for their church!

Birthday party for Kaite Cosby and Stephanie Carlton

On Sunday night, Pastor and Mrs. Rich Conner and the Patuxent Baptist Church held a birthday party for tour members, Katie Cosby and Stephanie Carlton. The party was complete with cake, decorations, and presents. The tour group enjoyed a special patriotic program with the teens and children from their church that night. Thank you Pastor Conner and Patuxent Baptist Church for your thoughtfulness and a great service!

The Joyful Melodies enjoyed singing at the Summer Fun Camp Rodeo hosted by Salisbury Baptist Temple

Horse rides, hay rides, and stage coach rides are just some of the activites that the Joyful Melodies were able to participate in at the Summer Fun Camp at the Salisbury Baptist Temple. We were able to spend Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning with Pastor Leto and his church. The group was able to sing the National Anthem for the beginning of the rodeo. KW Walker preached a sermon at the end of the rodeo and had many saved!

Crab Bake

The Joyful Melodies enjoyed a crab bake at the Calvary Road Baptist Church in Waldorf, MD. Pastor Rob Green and his wife showed us how to eat the crab at the cookout before the service. We had an incredible service with the people of the Calvary Baptist Church.
