Admissions Policies

Applying for college does not have to be a scary process. We strive to make the first steps of your Hyles-Anderson College experience as smooth and easy as possible. You will be connected with an admissions counselor who will be available to answer any of your admissions questions and will guide you through the entire process. The Office of Admissions stands ready to help in any way necessary. Feel free to contact them anytime at admissions@hylesanderson.edu or at 888.374.9537.

Non-Discriminatory Policy

The moral and academic standards of Hyles-Anderson College require review and evaluation of every applicant. Completion of the application process including submission of the formal application, letters of recommendation, statement of a Biblical salvation testimony, moral character, integrity, academic records, and alignment with the college’s sincerely held beliefs published in the Doctrinal Statement will all be considered by the Admissions Committee. Only students who have a sincere desire to serve Christ are accepted for admission.

Hyles-Anderson College admits students of any race, color, or national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Admissions Process

The admissions process is a four-step process. Apply, Admit, Register, Attend.

Apply: You may officially apply for admission to Hyles-Anderson College anytime after you begin your junior year of high school. We recommend you get the process started as early as possible to give you plenty of time to get all of your necessary paperwork completed before your first day of class.

The Office of Admissions requires all admissions paperwork to be completed and submitted prior to the semester you wish to enroll. Deadlines for submission are the first Friday in August for fall applicants and the second Friday in December for spring applicants.

Admit: All applications will be approved by our Admissions Committee. You will be notified in writing of first-stage and final-stage acceptance based on admissions paperwork, high school transcripts, reference forms, and application fee submission.

Register: After you are formally accepted to Hyles-Anderson College, you will be given detailed instructions to begin the registration process. This will include determining your class schedule, emergency contacts, residence information, etc. You will receive a student email address and will be granted access to our online registration portal. You must be an accepted student to register.

Attend: Now the fun begins! We look forward to seeing you on Opening Day as you embark on a journey that will change your life and impact the world for the cause of Christ.
